Helping to alleviate the effects of the
Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic
Our biggest concern during the COVID-19 pandemic is health of our community and their loved ones.
But lost work, lost business, and uncertainty are creating financial concerns for the healthy and sick alike. Sick individuals and their families may also be dealing with medical bills or, in worst-case scenarios, end-of-life expenses.
Apply for Direct Community Help and Financial Assistance
We provide monetary assistance to meet basic needs such as housing, utilities, and medical expenses due to the heightened needs and impact of COVID-19.
The priority goes to individuals with disabilities, people experiencing homelessness, or at risk of experiencing homelessness, and support for hourly workers displaced from their wage-earning positions.
We are serving our residents in our service area, which includes the Counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William, and the cities of Alexandria, Falls Church, Fairfax, Manassas and Manassas Park.
